Romantic Night Dreamer

They stood facing,looking each other in the eyes
She was the first to break contact
As he was watching her sitting on the chair he remembered
all those moments, feelings, thoughts came back to him as a big wave of the ocean
He prefered to be standing, didnt like to talk to the profile of a person
it was always better to look in the eyes, the face
There isnt a better lie detection device than the face, whatever you think is printed for a brief moment
They talked for a while, then started to walk next to each other
when they got to the bus stop 
They both saw it
It was like a storm
an awkward silence broke out, it wasnt strange but the silence was only around them

When the next bus came she got on it and waved at him through the glass with a smile
He stood there looking at the bus and then started walking

Five minutes had passed since she left, sitting and watching out of the window her mind was blank, then her cell rang, it was a message
From him
-
"You know, after all that happened between us three years ago the most memorable thing for me is our first kiss, not the sex nor the break up but that first passionate kiss at that night"

The screen of the cell went black and she could see the reflecton of herself

he kept walking trying not to think if what he did was right or wrong, but deep inside he was hoping for some kind or reply
